Punjab Govt should move Supreme court in Parent’s support on School fees issue- Gurdeep Gosha

Ludhiana,30 June,Channel88 News (Buero):- Youth Akali Dal district president Gurdeep Singh Gosha said that the Punjab Government should move Supreme court on the issue of School fees. Gurdeep Singh Gosha said that they respect the decision of High Court but the Punjab Government should file review petition or Supreme court in support of parents.

Gurdeep Singh Gosha said that the case was not presented properly in High Court as the parents were not in position to contest case due to financial or other conditions. The Punjab Government should hire senior lawyers and urge the court to listen the point of parents.

Gurdeep Singh Gosha said that in case of Chief Principal Secretary, the Congress government has hired senior lawyers from Delhi to contest case in High court and now the Government should hire senior lawyers and contest case in support of Parents in Supreme court.

Youth Akali Dal district President Gurdeep SIngh Gosha said that the school managements should waive fees during Lockdown as parents were not in condition to pay fees due to financial crisis in Lockdown.
